As of 2023, we are focused on spreading the PCMP (Preventative Care Management Program), a tax-advantaged health benefits plan that leverages Section 213(d) of the IRS Code (strengthened by the CARES Act).
There is no net-cost to the PCMP. Fully funded by tax savings, making it sustainable for high turnover or low-margin businesses.
- Full Time Employee = Average 30 hours worked per work (Based on DOL standards).
- Must be a W2 employee. Independent Contractors are not eligible.
- Must have ACA compliant medical coverage at the time of program inclusion.
